Yes. You can forward your existing business line to your VocaDent number, or use the VocaDent number as a dedicated overflow line. Your callers will never know the difference — the AI answers in your business name with your custom greeting.
Your AI agent follows the routing rules you configure during setup. If a call requires human attention — like an emergency or a complex question — the agent captures the caller's information and flags it for follow-up. You can also set up direct transfer rules to specific team members.
No long-term contracts. VocaDent is month-to-month with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — no cancellation fees, no hassle.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the billing portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you expect to exceed 2,500 minutes per month (the Pro tier limit), our Enterprise plan offers a custom minute pool with custom pricing.

Yes. All call data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, and all API communications use TLS 1.2+. We never share your call data with third parties. See our Security page for details.
