Connect VocaDent to your stack
Today your AI receptionist reads and books your Google Calendar mid-call, and posts every completed call to your own endpoint. Zapier and native CRM connectors are on the roadmap.
Available now
LiveYour AI receptionist checks live availability and books appointments straight onto your Google Calendar mid-call. Connect once in the client portal and you're live.
A JSON POST to any HTTP endpoint you control after every completed call. The payload carries the event type, call ID, the caller's phone number, the number dialed, duration in seconds, status, start time, and your agent config ID. Save your endpoint in the client portal and fire a test event at it to check your handler. Included on the Growth plan and above.

Coming soonNot yet available. Contact us if you need one of these prioritized for your account.
A native VocaDent app in the Zapier directory, so you can build Zaps without touching a webhook URL. You do not have to wait for it: point your live webhook at a Zapier Catch Hook today and every completed call starts a Zap, which can then write to HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack, or anything else Zapier reaches. Needs the Growth plan or above either way.
Will auto-create contacts and log call activities in HubSpot CRM over native OAuth, with no Zapier step in between.
Will push call records and transcripts into Salesforce leads and activities automatically.
Will let the AI book straight onto your Acuity calendar, for service businesses already running Acuity.
Will send callers a Calendly booking link by SMS at the end of the call, or book directly when they're ready.
X-VocaDent-Delivery-Id header, which stays the same across retries.
